Jenny McCarthy’s Dirty, Sexy, Funny tour peaked our interest and led us to Valley Forge Casino in King of Prussia, Pa. for an overnight adventure that was almost too good to be true. Google maps had no problem finding the place and the actual entrance (it gets a little tricky out in KOP land). Held in the spring and the fall, this festival of food highlights neighborhood eateries and food trucks. A beautiful, sunny spring day brought out an estimated 40,000 people (!) to Main Street, Manayunk (and starting last year, they finally shut down Main Street for it). Everyone wanted to be part of the blinged out action at The Rittenhouse Hotel this past Saturday for the second annual Blingo to Cure Duchenne event. The crowd was treated to a fun and exciting atmosphere along with delicious food, drinks and live auction packages. Both the hotel’s décor and guests were blinged out to make a difference for hundreds of thousands of boys suffering from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
