Explore with Cassie Celebrates 2 Years of Exploring at Stateside Vodka in Fishtown
Story by Tiffany DuBois, Photos by Stephen Lyford
Two years can happen in an instant for some people. It can change the direction that you take a company in, change who works for you, or how they critique your work or even what your logo looks like. Two years ago, a little blonde lady with the many titles of photographer, model, actress and writer named Cassie Hepler took her talents and made a lifestyle magazine that incorporates passion, numerous contacts and events that boggle the mind as far as the scope of what you see, hear, touch and taste.
On Thursday, March 9th, 2017 Cassie Hepler’s blog baby, ExplorewithCassie.com celebrated their two-year anniversary. This event took place at Stateside Urbancraft Vodka from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. Music was by DJ Elijah Arms, photography by Stephen Lyford and everyone with a camera smartphone. Food and drinks were by Stateside Urbancraft Vodka.
I want to thank Stateside Urbancraft Vodka for letting us celebrate the last two years at their Fishtown location, providing those spectacular vodka and cider drinks, the chocolate covered bacon, and letting me get a glimpse into the distillery. I love that there is a picture in the bathroom of who started the distillery and how far they have also come in such a short amount of time. If you are ever in the Fishtown area, stop by Stateside Urbancraft Vodka. You won’t be disappointed.
It was a celebration of an idea and dream that for 2 years now has become a reality. Explore-Philly and Explore-NJ covers everything having to do with Philadelphia and New Jersey, and occasionally, trips, travel and adventures outside the tri-state area. You name it, Cassie and the Explore-Philly staff cover it. There is so much going on in the Philadelphia area and Explore-Philly do their very best to make the public aware of all this region has to offer. It’s certainly not an easy task but the drive, passion and love for this city makes writing for Cassie all the more worthwhile. I have gotten the opportunity to leave a small mark in the city of Brotherly Love with a lot of different events and now this commemorative piece for Cassie is one of the highlights of my year.
Again, it was a fantastic, fun evening with a packed turnout. Congratulations to Explore-Philly on its second year anniversary. I look forward to celebrating many, many more.
