Sure, you know all about the happy buzz-inducing sweets at Max Brenner in Philadelphia like the amazing, tooth-rotting chocolate and marshmallow pizza. But did you know “Chocolate by the Bald Man” has a pretty solid and legitimate food and booze menu too? Of course there is some injection of chocolate or carb-loading here and there – but only the healthy kind (wink, wink) – dark chocolate that comes with a guilt free side. Seriously some of the best burritos and cheese steaks I’ve had in the city, I would go back for lunch, dinner or a bubbly brunch – with desserts of course.
