What better way to start the New Year than with something… well, new? Coyote Crossing in Conshohocken had the same idea with some pretty posh and stellar renovations. As soon as the temperature plummeted and reminded me that yes, it truly is now officially winter, we rushed inside and were greeted by that new smell of high-end construction. Shortly after we walked into the main dining room, there was a lovely, cozy fire which we were seated next to. And not pictured, an amazing outdoor space perfect for sipping on some summertime mezcal. With amazing happy hour offerings and ample parking (!), there’s a seat with my name on it when the temps finally climb again.
