Sing Along and “Howl at the Moon” with Dueling Pianos at The Vault

Story by Jill Beckel / Photos by Cassie Hepler

Do you love music, dancing, great cocktails and good grub? Then The Vault is where you should spend your next Saturday night! Located at Valley Forge Casino, The Vault is the area’s newest hot spot for live entertainment featuring Dueling Pianos every Saturday night from 8pm – 2am!

Howl at the Moon (a national chain of music-oriented party bars that currently operates in nearly 20 locations throughout the U.S., including one here in Philadelphia) jump-started this weekly event with their opening night at The Vault on Saturday, January 14. With two pianos onstage, two singers kept the party going all night long with a high energy show centered around popular dance hits and party anthems. People went up to the stage all night to put in their song requests (with a few extra bucks in the tip bucket for good measure). Everyone enjoyed a variety of drink specials including the popular Instagram-friendly “Suck It From A Bucket” – a 64 oz. shareable cocktail bucket. Even between four people, this didn’t get finished! Some other tasty drinks included frozen margaritas, shots, specialty cocktails, beer and wine. We also go to try some tasty apps – wings, sliders, tacos and pretzels. Guests sang along to their favorite tunes, shared a few drinks and laughs and danced the night away. And with your wristband, you can always go play a few games in the casino for a bit and then come back to the party. Each week will feature a rotating roster of musicians performing hits from the 80’s, 90’s, and 2000’s and there is never a cover charge.

Stop by next Saturday night with your best friends and some cash for song requests and you just may find your next favorite weekend spot! You can sing along to your heart’s content since everyone else is doing the same. Visit here for more information.

No music, just memory!
“Suck It From A Bucket” – a 64 oz. shareable cocktail bucket. We opted for “Sex in the Basement” made with Three Olives Berry, peach Schnapps, pineapple, orange juice and grenadine.
This bucket was delicious and more than enough for four people to share.
The lovely ladies of Explore Philly and friends enjoying a night out.
A burger slider, pork taco and chicken wings kept the munchies away.
Valley Forge Casino’s Executive Chef Les Bender was all smiles at the bar.
Yummy pretzels and honey mustard dip!
We were spoiled and even got some chocolate cake, compliments of the chef.
